Acquisition of NLB Leasing Velenje and NLB Leasing Murska Sobota by NLB Leasing Ljubljana

As of today, companies NLB Leasing Velenje d.o.o. and NLB Leasing Murska Sobota d.o.o. are d from the court register because they were acquired by company NLB Leasing d.o.o. NLB Leasing d.o.o. Ljubljana will therefore be the successor in title of d companies.

"The clients don''t have to do absolutely anything due to this acquisition. All contracts and obligations are transferred to NLB Leasing, of which the customers were notified in writing", stated Borut Simonič, Chairman of the Management Board of NLB Leasing d.o.o. Ljubljana. 

"We opened branch offices on the office premises of the aforementioned acquired companies, i.e. on Rudarska Street 3 in Velenje and on Štefana Kovača Street 10 in Murska Sobota, in order for the operations in Velenje and Murska Sobota to continue running undisturbed", added Simonič.
