- An employer''s printout of the last three regular personal forms of incomes,
- A bank statement showing a regular income into the transaction account,
- A completed form for natural persons,or,
- A completed form for natural persons – farming activity.
Private entrepreneurs:
- Personal identity documentation,
- A tax number,
- A registration form (not more than 3 days old),
- A declaration of tax assessment from the income of the previous year,
- A certificate of paid taxes,
- A statement showing the annual transactions on the current account,
- An authenticated copy of the card with the deposited signatures at the bank which manage the business account, and,
- Data on solvency.
Legal entities:
- Personal identity documentation of the signatory,
- A tax number with the certificate of registration,
- An copy of the court register (not more than 3 days old),
- Balance sheets and profit and loss statements for the last two years,
- A copy of the classification of activities,
- An authenticated copy of the card with the deposited signatures at the bank which manage the business account, and,
- Data on solvency.
- A completed form for legal entities.
Additional documentation may be requested for the process of applications for the lease of immovable property.
After the receipt of all completed and required documentation, we will verify your financial admissibility and the subject matter of the lease within the shortest possible time.
